Tell us a bit about yourself and what led you to become an agent at Reed & Co.?

Having grown up in Noosa, this region has always been more than just a place to live – it’s home. Throughout my career, I have worked in people-focused roles centred around communication, relationships, and creating exceptional client experiences. My move into real estate felt like a natural progression, allowing me to combine these strengths while helping people navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives.

What does your professional journey look like so far, and how did this journey bring you to Noosa?

I hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Communication from Griffith University and am a registered Real Estate Agent in Queensland. Prior to real estate, I built more than 13 years of experience across marketing, communications, client relations, and business development roles within tourism, education, and lifestyle industries.
A large part of my career focused on promoting Noosa as a lifestyle destination, showcasing not only its natural beauty but also the community, culture, and experiences that make the region so desirable. This experience gave me a deep understanding of what attracts people to Noosa and how to effectively connect with clients seeking both a home and a lifestyle.
Having lived in Noosa for more than 35 years, my connection to the region runs deep. The balance of coastal and hinterland living, thriving local businesses, and strong sense of community continue to make it an incredible place to call home.

What are your personal interests/commitments and how are they met within the Noosa community?

I enjoy spending time outdoors, embracing the coastal lifestyle, wellness, hiking, and making memories with family and friends. Noosa provides endless opportunities to stay active and connected, whether that’s exploring the hinterland, enjoying the beaches, supporting local events, or experiencing the region’s vibrant food culture.
Community involvement has always been important to me. Through previous roles within local government, education, and experiential learning programs, I worked closely with schools, local businesses, artists, and community groups. As a parent, I continue to support school fundraising initiatives and local sporting programs, helping me stay actively connected to the community.

My approach is centred around relationships, communication, and understanding what truly matters to each client. I take the time to listen carefully, understand both property goals and lifestyle aspirations, and provide guidance that is tailored to individual needs.
I am approachable, genuine, highly organised, and solutions-focused. My background in client-facing roles has strengthened my ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and create positive experiences throughout the sales process. Clients appreciate my calm, personable nature and my commitment to keeping them informed and supported every step of the way.
With extensive experience in marketing and communications, I also bring strong skills in strategic marketing, stakeholder engagement, campaign coordination, and buyer engagement. Every property has a unique story, and I focus on uncovering and communicating what makes each home special while showcasing the lifestyle and community that surrounds it.
