I am a driven real estate professional known for my honesty, strong negotiation skills and calm, results-focused approach.

During my extensive Policing Career prior to starting my real estate journey, I served as an Operator within the Tactical Operations Unit, an elite specialist team responsible for high-risk and counter-terrorism operations across Australasia. This role demanded exceptional discipline, strategic thinking, and the ability to make critical decisions under extreme pressure—skills that now directly translate into my approach to complex negotiations, risk management, and delivering steady leadership for clients during high-stakes property transactions.

Combining my experience as a sales agent in Victoria and a decade long career serving as a Police Officer, I bring a rare ability to perform under pressure and advocate confidently for my clients.

Awarded the 2024/25 Rising Star at O’Brien Real Estate, my success is built on transparent communication, realistic pricing strategies, and a clear focus on achieving the best possible outcome for vendors. I believe informed clients make confident decisions and pride myself on providing reliable, straightforward advice at every stage of the process.

Tell us a bit about yourself and what led you to become an agent at Reed & Co.

I’m a driven real estate professional known for my honesty, strong negotiation skills and calm, results-focused approach. Before real estate, I spent a decade as a Police Officer, including serving as an Operator within the Tactical Operations Unit, where clear thinking and performance under pressure were critical. Transitioning into real estate allowed me to apply these skills in a client-focused environment. Reed & Co.’s reputation for integrity, professionalism and strong outcomes made it a natural fit for how I work.

What does your professional journey look like so far, and how did this journey bring you to Noosa?
My professional background combines ten years in policing with experience as a sales agent in Victoria. This blend has given me a strong foundation in negotiation, risk management and clear communication. My family and I visited Noosa several times throughout 2024 and 2025 and quickly felt it offered the best lifestyle in Australia. The natural environment, property market and community ultimately led us to relocate, and we’re now based in Noosaville as we settle into the area.

What are your personal interests and commitments, and how are they met within the Noosa community?
I’ve always valued an active, outdoor lifestyle, which Noosa supports perfectly. I enjoy spending time with my family, training at the gym and getting to the beach whenever possible. Being part of a strong local community is important to me, and I’m looking forward to becoming involved with the Noosa Tigers as we continue to establish ourselves in the area.

Tell us about your individual approach as an agent, and the personal qualities which help you achieve this.
