Tell us a bit about yourself and what led you to become an agent at Reed & Co.?

After starting my real estate career in a growing coastal town in Victoria in 2010, I relocated to Noosa in search of a more relaxed, outdoor lifestyle. I first joined Reed & Co. as an executive assistant, then returned in 2025 as a Sales Associate to Mark Hodgkinson. The agency’s integrity, innovation, and client-first approach aligned perfectly with my own values, making it the ideal place to continue my career.

 

What does your professional journey look like so far, and how did this journey bring you to Noosa?

My journey in real estate has evolved alongside my passion for property renovation. My husband Michael and I have completed five renovations and one build, which sparked a deeper interest in the property industry. While travelling around Australia, I completed my real estate licence, knowing it would complement our renovation goals and allow me to work locally after years of long-distance commuting. That decision allowed me to stay close to home, raise our two boys in a vibrant coastal community, and pursue a career that merges lifestyle and passion.

 

What are your personal interests/commitments and how are they met within the Noosa community?

Noosa has given my family and I access to a beautiful, healthy lifestyle. My children are actively involved in the local soccer club, and I love participating in community events like the Noosa Marathon and Pink Triathlon Fun Run. When I’m not working, I’m outdoors—camping, exploring walking tracks, or soaking up time at the beach or in the mountains. I also love drawing inspiration from the homes I see for our own renovation project and enjoy helping others with renovation ideas and trade contacts, thanks to my hands-on experience.

 

Tell us about your individual approach as an agent, and the personal qualities which help you achieve this?

My approach is client-focused, personalised, and grounded in clear, open communication. I take the time to truly listen and understand each client’s needs, then tailor a strategy to match. I bring warmth, approachability, and honest guidance to every step of the process. My renovation background also allows me to offer practical advice and design insight—whether it’s preparing a home for sale or helping buyers see a property’s potential.
