She leads the operational heartbeat of the business, supporting both performance and people through strong systems and a grounded internal culture.

Her career across healthcare and real estate has shaped a leadership style that values clarity, trust and cohesion. Bianca is passionate about creating workplaces where culture is intentional, practical and lived every day.

When she’s not in the office, Bianca enjoys everything Noosa has to offer, from coastal walks and boating to café stops and motorbike rides. She lives locally with her husband and two children, grateful to be raising her family in the environment and community she loves.
