Tell us a bit about yourself and what led you to become an agent at Reed & Co.
I’ve lived in Noosa my entire life, growing up in Lake Macdonald and now raising my own family in Eerwah Vale. Real estate was always the path I wanted to take – I began in reception at 18 and worked my way through contracts administration, marketing and sales before becoming a standalone agent.
After more than a decade in the industry, joining Reed & Co felt like a natural progression. The brand’s focus on premium presentation, strategic marketing and genuine client relationships aligns strongly with how I approach my work. Being part of a team that values both performance and professionalism allows me to deliver the highest level of service to my clients.
What does your professional journey look like so far, and how did this journey bring you to Noosa?
My professional journey spans over 11 years across all facets of real estate. Starting at the front desk gave me a foundational understanding of how a business operates, and progressing through contracts, marketing and campaign strategy built the depth required to confidently manage complex transactions.
I have worked extensively throughout the Noosa hinterland, specialising in residential and lifestyle homes. That experience has given me a strong understanding of buyer behaviour in acreage and lifestyle markets — how privacy, aspect, elevation and usable land influence both demand and value.
Noosa has always been home. Growing up here meant my career evolved organically within the community I know best. That lived experience allows me to offer clients authentic insight and long-term commitment.
What are your personal interests and commitments, and how are they met within the Noosa community?
Family is at the centre of everything I do. My husband and I are raising our twins here in the hinterland, and much of our time is spent outdoors — at the beach, exploring local trails or enjoying the space this region offers.
I’m actively involved in my daughters’ schooling and extracurricular activities, which keeps me closely connected to the families and networks that shape our community. Living in Noosa allows us to balance a driven professional life with meaningful family time. The lifestyle here is active, grounded and connected — which is exactly what so many families seek when they move to the area.
Tell us about your individual approach as an agent, and the personal qualities which help you achieve this.
I believe selling a home is not simply a transaction – it’s a transition. Every property carries a story and understanding that story allows me to position it in a way that resonates with the right buyer. Strategy matters, but emotion is what ultimately moves people.
My approach combines thoughtful preparation with disciplined pricing and premium marketing exposure to create depth in buyer interest. When value is positioned correctly and competition is carefully managed, strong outcomes follow.
Personally, I’m approachable and clear in my communication, yet focused and driven in negotiation. Clients feel comfortable asking questions and confident knowing I will advocate firmly on their behalf. It’s that balance of empathy and strategy that allows me to guide clients through significant decisions with calm, clarity and confidence.
