Website Terms of Use
Effective 28 July 2026
Welcome, and thanks for visiting our website. These terms set out the simple ground rules for using reedandco.co. We’ve written them in plain language so they’re easy to follow. By using our site, you’re agreeing to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, so please take a moment to read through them.
1. Who we are and using our site
This website (reedandco.co) is run by 123 Noosa Pty Ltd as trustee for the 123 Noosa Unit Trust (ABN 25 419 460 419), trading as Reed & Co Estate Agents, together with our related business Reed & Co Sales Pty Ltd (ACN 626 785 162) — we’ll simply call ourselves “Reed & Co”, “we” or “us”. By using the site, you’re agreeing to these terms and to our Privacy Policy (reedandco.co/privacy-policy). Please don’t use the site for anything unlawful. We may update these terms from time to time, and continuing to use the site means you accept any changes. If you don’t agree with these terms, please don’t use the site.
2. Your privacy
When you contact us or use the site, we may collect some personal information so we can answer your enquiry, provide our services, and do the other things set out in our Privacy Policy. We may share it with the trusted providers who help us run our business. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use and protect it, and how you can access or correct it. By sharing your details with us, you’re agreeing to how we handle them. If you have any privacy questions, just email Bianca at bianca@reedandco.co.
3. Information on our site is a guide, not advice
Everything on our site is general information to help you — it isn’t financial, legal, tax or other professional advice, and it doesn’t take your personal circumstances into account. Please don’t rely on it on its own when making a decision; it’s always best to get your own professional advice first.
4. Property listings, prices and auctions
Our listings include photos, price guides, floor plans and other details to give you a feel for a property. We do our best to keep these accurate and up to date, but we can’t guarantee every detail, and neither we nor the seller can promise it’s all correct (as far as the law, including the Australian Consumer Law, allows). Please treat listings as a helpful starting point rather than a statement of fact — always inspect the property and do your own checks before making a decision.
Any price or price guide is an estimate based on recent comparable sales, not a valuation, and may include GST. It isn’t an offer, doesn’t form part of any contract, and isn’t personal financial advice. For properties going to auction or listed without a price, the market sets the value on the day, so we can’t give a price guide — and any price ranges you see used to sort listings are simply there to help you browse. We may update, add to or remove anything on the site (including these terms) at any time.
5. Links to other websites
Sometimes we link to other websites to be helpful. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, accuracy or security, so a link from us isn’t an endorsement.
6. Our content and brand
Unless we say otherwise, everything on this site — the text, images, graphics, logos, audio and software — belongs to us or is licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other rights. “Reed & Co” and “Reed & Co
Reed & Co. Estate Agents Website Terms of Use | Page 1 of 2
Estate Agents”, along with our logos, are our trademarks, so please don’t use them without our written permission. You’re welcome to browse and view the site for your own personal use, but please don’t copy, reproduce, republish, sell or otherwise use our content for commercial purposes without our permission, except where the law allows.
7. Using the site responsibly
Please use the site fairly and lawfully. That means not: posting other people’s personal information without their consent, or otherwise breaching their rights; using the site to defame us or anyone else; uploading viruses or anything harmful; or posting material that’s offensive, threatening, defamatory or a nuisance. If we let you post something and later feel it isn’t appropriate, we may remove it.
8. What we can and can’t promise
We want the site to be useful and reliable, but we provide it “as is”. As far as the law (including the Australian Consumer Law) allows, we can’t promise it will always be accurate, complete, up to date, secure, or free of interruptions, errors or viruses, and we may sometimes need to restrict or pause access. To the extent the law allows, we’re not responsible for any loss or damage — such as lost data, profits or opportunities — arising from your use of the site or from anything on it being incorrect or out of date, so please keep your own virus protection in place. Importantly, nothing in these terms takes away any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t be excluded.
9. If a problem is caused by misuse
If you break these terms or misuse the site, and that leads to a claim or cost against us, you agree to be responsible for the reasonable losses, costs and legal fees involved. We’ve flagged this plainly so there are no surprises.
10. The legal essentials
A few housekeeping points: these terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, and any disputes will be handled by the Queensland courts. If any part of these terms turns out not to be enforceable, the rest still applies. Together with our Privacy Policy, these terms make up the whole agreement between us about using the site. Headings are just there to make the terms easy to read.
